1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
You contact me within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software licenses
Custom-made or personalized items
Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
2. Refund Process

Approval: I’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund: Once I receive and inspect the item:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing takes 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications
Final sale/clearance items (marked as such)
Original shipping fees (unless I shipped the wrong item)
4. Return Shipping
