Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM CST ship same/next business day
Weekends/holidays: Ships next business day
Pre-order/custom items: Shipping timeframe noted on product page

Fragile/High-value items: Require signature confirmation (+$3 fee)
Restricted items: Batteries, liquids – shipped via ground only
7. Tracking & Loss
Tracking numbers emailed upon shipment
Risk transfers to buyer upon carrier pickup
Contact me immediately if package shows “delivered” but not received
